Ice Storm can, almost instantly, drop his body temperature from 98.6 to a -87.8F. He can direct the waves of coldness he projects in certain ways so as to create ice in any shape he desires and freeze objects. His skin is resistant to incredible degrees of coldness. At will, Gerald’s skin becomes covered in a maneuverable icy layer that can act as an armor against physical attacks. The strength and regeneration of the ice armor is dependent upon Gerald’s will. He is also capable of flight.
